TipsterTrack is a portfolio tracking application that helps users manage their stock positions and track the performance of stock tipsters. The Service is provided free of charge and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

IMPORTANT: TipsterTrack does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The information displayed in the application is for informational purposes only. 5. API Keys

To access live stock price data, you must provide your own Finnhub API key. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your API key in accordance with Finnhub's terms of service. We store your API key encrypted, but you acknowledge that you are providing it at your own risk.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to display accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed in the application, including stock prices, calculations, or analytics. Stock price data is provided by third-party services and may be delayed or inaccurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipsterTrack and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service, any investment decisions you make, or any errors or inaccuracies in the data displayed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) remain the property of TipsterTrack. The Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
